Join two highly skilled urologists in their brand-new office space, tailored to their specifications. They
have twelve exam rooms, three procedure rooms, and their own urodynamic equipment, and they do their
lab work in-house. The partners are genuine, likeable, straightforward people who love having the
comradery of a group, but still enjoy the freedom of setting their own schedules and not having to
answer to an employer. They're seeking a like-minded, robotically trained urologist to join them and round
out their practice. An interest in female or neurourology is a strong plus.
You'll start with a guaranteed salary of at least $400K your first year, and once you're established you
can make $500K plus. This stable independent practice (NIUA has been around for over 50 years)
has an outstanding relationship with Covenant Hospital - a recently renovated 366-bed hospital with a
brand-new da Vinci robot.

twin cities." The Cedar Valley Region -- home to Waterloo and Cedar Falls -- boasts top-notch schools
